Gresmalt Group takes part in the United Nations “Sustainable Development Goals” project for clean, sustainable working. This is an approach that seeks to create long-term benefits for customers, employees and the community. With this in mind, we’ve cut CO2 emissions by 20%, and now re-use 88% of water and obtain 85% of electrical energy from cogeneration. 54% of raw materials is transported using eco-sustainable systems. In the last five years, we’ve achieved a 25% reduction in the emission of particulate matter into the atmosphere. We’re proud of these figures, because they’re a demonstration of our commitment to sustainability, which began in 2005 with the drafting of the first report on environmental impact.
